The Sandwich Panel Manufactured by USPC are specially developed to give the Best Customer satisfiction and provide the best possible thermal insulation from elements. Besides the panels optimal choice, we ensure supply of all required materials for insulation of panels - of correct type and in required quantity.
Sandwich Panel - Covering MaterialSandwich Panel has two layers of Covering materials which are placed at the top and bottom of the inside of insulation layer. The insulation layers are made of Polyurethane (PU). The Covering material is PPGI steel and are available in thickness ranging from 0.40mm - 0.70mm and can be pre-painted to any RAL colors.

Thermal Properties of Polyurethane:
R-value measures a material’s resistance to heat transfer. Higher R-values mean that the material is more resistant to heat passing through it, making the material a better insulator.
SPF is an incredible material for roofing systems and thermal insulation with its excellent water resistance and ability to air-seal your home or building with R-Values ranging from 6.5 to 7.14 per inch. Spray Polyurethane is so efficient and lightweight as an insulating material that even NASA has used it to insulate the main rocket booster on the space shuttle.
USP-SPF has an aged R-Value of approximately 6.0 per 1 inch thickness (depending on the particular formulation and application, higher value have been achieved), enabling it to provide more thermal resistance with less material than any other type of commercial insulation material. This efficiency contributes to significant energy savings throughout the life of a building and benefits the owner allowing the use of smaller capacity cooling and heating equipment.
