URE-COAT 101

(Elastomeric Polyurethane Single Component Waterproofing)

Single-component Elastomeric polyurethane waterproof coating based on innovative new basic materials, blended with various additives and fillers as other components to gives a tenacious, soft and joint-less rubber waterproof membrane coating at ambient temperature and environment. URE-COAT 101 – is also tested by National Building Material Test Center China.



AQUA-FLEX

(Two-component, flexible, cement-based, brushable sealing slurry)

AQUA-FLEX is a two-component, flexible, brushable sealing slurry. It consists of a cement-based powder mortar (component A) and a resin emulsion (component B). After hardening, it forms a seamless, jointless membrane with the following advantages:

  • Crack-bridging ability 1-2 mm
  • Total waterproofing against hydrostatic pressure up to 7 atm, according to DIN 1048.
  • Protection of concrete from carbonation.
  • Vapor permeability.
  • Suitability for potable water tanks.
  • Resistance to aging.
  • Bonding to wet surfaces without priming.
  • Simple and low-cost application.
     


    AQUA-SLURRY

    (CEMENTITIOUS WATERPROOFING SLURRY)

    Aqua slurry is a ready-for-use (just add water) Portland cement based waterproofing slurry. It consists of a blend of cements, graded quartz and active polymers. Aqua slurry is an economical, easily applied method of providing a permanent waterproof skin on concrete, plaster and brick surfaces. It may be used on both new and existing structures on either the positive or negative side.

Elastomeric Roof Coating (ERC)

(Liquid Waterproofing)

Elastomeric roof coating (ERC) is a liquid elastomeric single component, mixed co-polymer based coating with excellent weather resistance properties. It seals the hairline cracks, stops seepage and forms an impermeable film which gives long life flexibility and ideally suited for use in areas with extreme climatic conditions.

Elastomeric roof coating (ERC) is a vapor permeable, seamless liquid elastomeric membrane, when dries give a flexible, tough, sun reflective, waterproof surface.
