We will produce a detailed concept design of your new home or building. We have sample design to provide inspiration, and you'll work with one of our expert Architectural Team - we’ll work together to custom design a house or building just perfect for you.Once you’re happy with your design, we’ll provide a total guaranteed fixed build price so you know exactly what your project will cost to complete. Our project manager who will work closely with you during the build.

Time to Build

Once your contract is signed and the deposit is paid, our engineers and designers will review and finalise your plans before applying for building consent. Your personal project manager will guide you through the building process step by step and make sure everything runs smoothly on site. We will regularly communicate with you.So sit back, relax and enjoy watching your dreams take shape.
